I believe life is a miracle and a gift, and that we are all spiritual travelers in human bodies, co-creating our lives on this earth… I am passionate about transforming government, public service, community leadership, liberty and justice for all… I write poems and climb the SF hills and taught lindy hop (the American vernacular swing dance that was born in the ballrooms of Harlem) for five years… I love to travel, speak Spanish passably well and if you ask me I'll share my Russian tongue twister -I want to be fluent in at least 3 languages before I die… I believe in God or something greater than all of us, the source of life and love and light, and I believe that we experience God by connecting with one another - it is the only way to learn to truly love… I believe in giving back and compassion and joyful service, that our talents are meant to make the world a better place… I am a writer and a poet and story-teller, a voracious reader (since birth!)… I can and do live without TV… I believe that vegetarian cuisine is healthier for the earth and our bodies and I think soy milk is delicous!… I want to live a full, gorgeous, soulful, wondrous, adventurous life of joyful service and gratitude on this planet.
